At BeWell, we aim for your complete satisfaction with our products. If you're not happy with your purchase, here's how you can return it:
- Return Window: You can return the item within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition of the Item: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Process of Return: To initiate a return, contact us at bewell@be-well.store with your order number. We will guide you through the steps.
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Exceptions: Note that certain types of items, such as perishable goods, custom products, or personal care items, may not be eligible for return.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault of ours (e.g., damaged or wrong item).
