At BeWell, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, here's our straightforward refund process:

  1. Time Frame for Refund: You have 14 from the date of purchase to request a refund.
  2. Condition for Refund: The product must be in its original condition, unused and with its original packaging.
  3. How to Apply for a Refund: Please send us an email at bewell@be-well.store with your order number and reason for the refund.
  4. Refund Approval: Upon receiving your request, we will inspect the item. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  5. Refund Timeline: You can expect the refund in your account within 3-5 business days.
  6. Non-Refundable Items: Note that some items may be non-refundable or have specific return policies.
  7. Return Shipping Cost: Unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error, the shipping cost for returning the product will be borne by the customer.
